The Florida Community Association Coalition (FCAC) is a state-wide, non-profit organization dedicated to helping condo, co-op and homeowner associations and their individual members use their collective bargaining power to influence important legislative issues and to save money on important services. The FCAC seeks to accomplish this goal by banding associations together throughout the State of Florida.

The FCAC's Executive Director, Mark Bogen, is a leading advocate for associations and their members. Bogen, who is a former prosecutor, has written two weekly legal columns for the South Florida Sun-Sentinel newspaper for the past 13 years. One column addresses  condominium and homeowner association law while the other involves consumer law.
