FCAC Privacy Policy
The Florida Community Association Coalition, Inc., is committed to protecting your privacy. The following information should allow you to understand how your membership information is used.
Information We Request. At the time you apply for membership into the FCAC, we request that you provide basic information such as your name, address, e-mail address, association name and contact information. We will not request your social security number, driver’s license number or any other governmental issued identification numbers.
Information Sharing. The FCAC only shares your information with companies that have agreed to offer our membership discounts or benefits. We do not sell or rent your information to any outside companies nor do we disclose any of your information to any person or corporation not affiliated with the FCAC. While the FCAC will use its best efforts to ensure that all membership information remains confidential, the FCAC cannot control or monitor the activities of those corporations that will be providing products, discounts or benefits to you. Therefore, if you conduct business or provide information to any of the companies or individuals affiliated with the FCAC, you should expect that those companies or individuals may use or disclose your information. Any letter or e-mail that a member may send to the Florida Community Association Coalition may be posted on our internet site as well as used in our written or promotional materials.
